Our children’s swim pants and nappy designs are intended to wear snug against your child’s body to prevent mishaps. We offer sizes six months to 8 years on our collections.

Our women’s sizes are standard Australian sizes from sizes 8-14.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct.

Yes, we ship all over the world. International Standard and International Express Shipping options are available.

International shipping prices are weight-based and will be calculated accordingly upon checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and if you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs authority for applicable rates and charges as these vary between countries.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on goods due to a change of mind. We will only provide a refund if the garment is faulty. We do not refund sale goods. Sale and sample sale items are not eligible for a refund. These item/s are marked as final sale item/s and can’t be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Please let us know your exchange preference, and we can hold the particular item/s until your return is received. You will be contacted via email if there is a difference in cost. In addition, you will be required to pay to ship for the exchange ($8.95 for standard post and $12.95 for express).

When returning items, please enclose:
     – Your invoice (included in your original delivery)
     – The item/s for return, in original condition with all tags remaining in place, including original packaging. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame.

As this is a PO Box address, please do not add a ‘signature on delivery’ requirement to the parcel. This may result in extended delays and/or parcel rejection. Please return your item/s to:

Ina Swim is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review, and our team will contact you regarding your chosen form of return.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us at with photos, your order number and details of the fault. We will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.

If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, your refund will be processed (please allow 7-10 days of processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All exchange garments will need to be returned within 10 working days from the date of purchase.

All claims must be lodged within 21 days from the date of shipping. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.


If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the pre-ordered item/s arrive and then your order will be shipped together. Please let us know if you would like to split your order and have the in-stock item/s sent immediately. You will be required to pay any extra shipping fees if we ship item/s separately.

The relationships we establish and maintain with local and international suppliers are at the core of our business philosophy.

We believe that consumers should be able to make informed decisions about where their products come from and how they are made.

We are proud to say; that we work closely with a family-run manufacturer in Bali, Indonesia.

We also work closely with an export manufacturer in Guangdong, China, a manufacturer in Hangzhou, China and a hand weaving manufacturer in Noida, India.

All our workers are entitled to medical insurance for themselves and their families and get paid at least 1.5x the minimum wage. In many cases, they receive 3-5x the minimum wage. 

From an ethical point of view, we know that transparency is more than just fulfilling local trading and labour laws, so we aim to have a personal relationship with many of our workers – they’re the foundation of who we are.
